  • Retail buyers are demanding - a home that’s not perfectly show ready can sit on the market for months. But, it can take tens of thousands of dollars to have the house in move-in condition, and can be a real chore keeping the house looking like a model home without “stuff” laying around.
We do what we say we’ll do.
  • There are a lot of “We Buy Houses” operations that, simply put, have no money. They’ll get your house under contract, then try to market it to other investors with $5-10,000 markup. If they can’t find a buyer, they’ll use the Option Period contingency, intended for inspections, to create reason to back out. While we do occasionally assign properties to other buyers, we will always follow through on a purchase if we’ve told you we’re going to buy your house.

How Does It Work?

  • We’ll run comps on your property before we come out, so we know the state of the neighborhood.
  • We’ll evaluate what it will take to renovate your property into condition that will make it sell quickly.
  • In most cases, we’ll make you an offer right there onsite. (Some cases may require getting more info on construction numbers.)

What we won’t do is lie to you, give you altered comp numbers, run a high-pressure sales pitch on you, or any of the other things that give “we buy houses” operations a bad name.

But Won’t I Get More Money Selling It Retail?

You might, if you do the work to get it in top-notch condition. We are, after all, in this to make money. We have to have a margin in there for us to be able to make a profit.

But oftentimes, you may spend months doing repairs and getting the house in shape to sell - which is hard while you’re living in the home - only to find that you only got 90 or 95% of what you thought you’d get out of it, then paid a large commission to sell it. Selling to us saves you time and many times saves you money.
